The website www.kokako.eu works according to the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) recommended by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia in international codices of practice dealing with Internet business. The buyer has accepted the general terms and conditions of business which are available on www.kokako.eu and has agreed with them when he or she has completed the order.

Orders
The buyer is responsible for the information that they provided when submitting the order. The seller is not responsible for any delivery errors due to the wrong address. After the submission of the order, the customer receives an automatic confirmation of the submission the order. Order receipt of the ordered and paid items with the goods ordered will be delivered to the customer. The buyer confirms that they are an adult.
Prices
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT (22%), unless otherwise stated. The prices listed next to the product do not contain any costs of shipping. The seller reserves the right to change prices without any previous notice. The valid price is published on the day of delivery and at the end of the order.
Payment
Options Payment should be made as follows: • Payment through the Stripe payment system – the customer receives an e-mail confirming the order. After payment, the goods will be delivered within the agreed time period or the goods will be waiting for personal pickup at the seller’s address.
Delivery
Delivery is provided by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. The buyer undertakes to take over the goods on the day of the scheduled delivery. If he or she is not available at the time of the delivery, a notice with the time and place of acceptance of the shipment will be given to the recipient. The carrier, Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., shall be liable for any loss or damage to the consignment. The buyer shall notify us of the damage or loss of the goods. Postage charges are indicated during the purchase process when the country to which the shipment will be sent is selected. The buyer undertakes to choose the country where the shipment is sent, because the price of the postage depends on it.
Returning goods
The buyer is entitled to return the goods within fifteen days after the delivery of the shipment. Complaints should be sent to this e-mail: info@kokako.eu. The customer must return the received goods in the original packaging, undamaged and in the same condition within 5 days after sending the complaint e-mail. In the event that the goods delivered are in fact a defect, the buyer is entitled to rights and obligations according to the Consumer Protection Act (OJ RS, No. 20/98 with amendments). If the conditions are met, the refund should be made as soon as possible, within 30 days of receiving notice about the withdrawal from the purchase. Refund will be wired to the transaction (personal) account, which the buyer states in the Return Notice. The goods are returned to the address K jami 7, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia. The costs of sending the goods are the burden of the buyer. The seller will cover the costs of the returned goods only in case of a refund for the delivery of the wrong goods ie. if he did not get the products he ordered.
